A future for feverfew
Promising new research carried out at the Medical University of Lodz in Poland shows that feverfew may help in the fight against cancer. In the study, which was carried out on melanoma cells in vitro, parthenolide, an active ingredient of feverfew, was shown to inhibit proliferation and kill various cancer cells. The researchers concluded that the observed anti-cancer activity makes parthenolide an attractive drug candidate for further testing in melanoma therapy
