Help for restless legs

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) can reduce the quality of precious bedtime hours but now it seems a course of valerian may help to bring relief.

The results of a recent eight-week study carried out at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, comparing the effects of 800 mg of valerian with a placebo on sleep quality and symptom severity in people with RLS, showed an improvement in symptoms as well as a decrease in daytime sleepiness.
